超声引导下选择不同穿刺静脉进行PICC置管的效果比较

目的比较超声引导下选择不同静脉穿刺进行PICC置管的效果。方法将2018年10月至2019年4月在我院行PICC置管的78例患者随机分为观察组(n=39,经肱静脉置管)与对照组(n=39,经贵要静脉置管),比较两组的置管效果。结果两组患者一次性置管成功率、留置时间、异常拔管率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组置管舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的各项并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。置管后,两组患者生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下经肱静脉置管的效果不亚于经贵要静脉置管,且患者置管舒适度更高。

Effect comparison of PICC catheterization with different venipuncture under ultrasonic guidance

Objective To compare the effect of PICC catheterization with different venipuncture under ultrasonic guidance.Methods Seventy-eight cases undergoing PICC catheterization in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n =39, via brachial vein catheterization) and control group(n =39, via vena basilica catheterization). The catheterization effects of the two groups were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the success rate of disposable tube placement, retention time and abnormal extubation rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the score of tube placement comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). After catheterization, there was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of ultrasound-guided catheterization through brachial vein is no less than that through vena basilica, and the patients are more comfortable.
