铸瓷高嵌体修复经根管治疗后前磨牙牙体缺损的临床效果

目的探讨铸瓷高嵌体修复经根管治疗后前磨牙牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年12月我院口腔科收治的70例经根管治疗后前磨牙牙体缺损患者,共81颗患牙(前磨牙牙体缺损均涉及邻牙合面),将患者随机分为A组(35例,40颗患牙)和B组(35例,41颗患牙)。A组采用纤维桩加钴铬烤瓷冠修复,B组采用铸瓷高嵌体修复。修复后1年患者入院复诊,比较两组的患牙修复成功率。结果A组、B组的患牙修复成功率分别为92.5%、95.1%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论铸瓷高嵌体修复经根管治疗后前磨牙牙体缺损短期内效果较好,并在美学、生物学方面具有良好性能。

Clinical effect of cast porcelain onlay in restoration of premolar defect after root canal therapy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cast porcelain onlay in restoration of premolar defect after root canal therapy.Methods From January 2015 to December 2017,a total of 70 patients with premolar defect after root canal therapy admitted in stomatology department of our hospital were selected,with a total of 81 affected teeth(premolar defect involves adjacent occlusal surface).The patients were randomly divided into group A(35 cases,40 affected teeth)and group B(35 cases,41 affected teeth).The group A was restored with fiber post and cobalt chromium porcelain crown,and the group B was restored with cast porcelain onlay.One year after the restoration,the patients were hospitalized for follow-up visit,the success rate of restoration of affected teeth between the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of restoration of affected teeth in the group A and the group B was 92.5%and 95.1%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Cast porcelain onlay in restoration of premolar defect after root canal therapy has good short-term effect,and has good aesthetic and biological properties.
