针灸治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果

目的探究在常规取穴基础上配合水突穴针刺治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果。方法将我院针灸康复科2014—2016年收治的112例顽固性呃逆患者按照随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组在中医辨证论治的基础上常规取穴针刺治疗,观察组给予常规取穴配合水突穴针刺治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.43%,明显高于对照组的76.79%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯常规取穴相比较,常规取穴配合针刺水突穴对顽固性呃逆的临床疗效更显著,其优势主要表现为疗程短、见效快、治愈率高,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of intractable hiccup

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of Shuitu acupoint on the basis of routine acupoint selection in the treatment of intractable hiccup.Methods A total of 112 patients with intractable hiccup admitted in the acupuncture and moxibustion rehabilitation department of our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random grouping,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine acupoint selection on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,while the observation group was treated with routine acupoint selection combined with acupuncture treatment of Shuitu acupoint.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%,which was higher than 76.79% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the simple routine acupoint selection,the routine acupoint selection combined with acupuncture treatment of Shuitu acupoint on intractable hiccup has more remarkable clinical effect,with main advantages of short course of treatment,quick effect and high cure rate,which is worthy of further clinical popularization and application.
