血管内介入栓塞和显微外科手术夹闭治疗颅内大脑中动脉动脉瘤的临床效果

摘    要:目的探讨血管内介入栓塞治疗颅内大脑中动脉动脉瘤的效果。方法将我院收治的105例颅内大脑中动脉动脉瘤患者根据术式不同分为研究组(血管内介入栓塞治疗,54例)和对照组(显微外科手术夹闭治疗,51例)。对比两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的手术时间、术后住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,两组GOS评分、Barthel指数评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用血管内介入栓塞治疗颅内大脑中动脉动脉瘤,具有手术时间短、出血少、恢复快等特点,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of endovascular interventional embolization and microsurgical clipping in the treatment of intracranial middle cerebral artery aneurysms

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of endovascular interventional embolization in the treatment of intracranial middle cerebral artery aneurysms.Methods A total of 105 patients with intracranial middle cerebral artery aneurysms treated in our hospital were divided into study group(endovascular intravascular embolization treatment,54 cases)and control group(microsurgical clipping treatment,51 cases)according to different operation methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the GOS scores and Barthel index scores of the two groups significantly increased,and those of the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of intracranial middle cerebral artery aneurysms,endovascular interventional embolization has the characteristics of short operative time,less bleeding and quick recovery,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
