| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合和活血化瘀法治疗肺原性心脏病（肺心病）急性期的疗效。方法：对照组３６例患者用常规西药和中药宣肺化痰、平喘益气药治疗；治疗组６０例患者除常规治疗外，加用中西医结合活血化瘀法治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率９１．７％，对照组总有效率７２．２％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：中西医结合活血化瘀法在肺心病急性加重期的治疗中疗效肯定。

Therapeutic application of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on acute phase with cor pulmonale |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine (ITCWM) on treating acute exacerbation with cor pulmonale.Methods:Thirtysix cases of control group were treated with conventional therapy (including western medicine and traditional Chinese drug),60 cases of treatment group were treated with activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the basis of conventional therapy.Results:The total effective rate was 91 7% and 72 2% in treatment group and contral group respectively ,it was an obvious difference between two groups( P <0 01).Conclusions:There have an affirmative therapeutic efficacy of ITCWM on treating acute exacerbation with cor pulmonale. |
