| 摘 要： | 目的探讨治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的有效方法。方法对60例DPN患者随机分为两组，在饮食、运动及门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗的基础上，分别应用通心络胶囊（治疗组）及维脑路通片、维生素B12注射液（对照组）治疗DPN，分析两组不同治疗方法的治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后血糖均获满意控制，周围神经病变治疗情况，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，且与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论门冬胰岛素30注射液对DPN患者的血糖控制治疗是安全有效的，可作为首选降糖药物，在此基础上，联合应用通心络胶囊治疗DPN，是一种安全有效的方法。
