| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)在细菌性肺炎中的辅助诊断价值及在疾病进展和恢复期变化。方法对200例住院肺炎患者在用药前、治疗中和恢复时动态抽取血液进行CRP测定。结果200例患者中97例确诊为细菌性肺炎,以CRP60为分界点进行评价,其中98例CRP增高中细菌性肺炎占95例,CRP在不能控制的细菌性肺炎中持续上升,而在恢复中其降至正常。结论CRP作为一种急性时相蛋白,对细菌性肺炎有较好的辅助诊断价值,以区别其他肺炎,并且能在治疗过程中监测其进展和恢复情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CRP in bacterial pneumonia and its changes in dis case＇s progression and recovery. Methods To collect blood sample of 200 cases of pneumonia before treatment,during treatment and recovery for dynamical determination of CRP. Results In 200 cases,97 patients were diagnosed as bacterial pneumonia. For evaluation with CRP） 60 cut-off point,in the 98 CRP elevated patients, bacterial pneumonia accounted for 95. CRP continuely rose in the patients without control of bacterial pneumonia,and in the recovery fell to normal. Conclusion As an acute-phase proteins,CRP has assistant diagnostic value for bacterial pneumonia to distinguish from other pneumonia,and in the process of treatment,it can monitor the disease＇s progress and recovery. |
