甲状腺功能亢进患者肝功能生化指标变化及其相关性分析

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进患者肝功能生化指标变化及其与甲状腺激素的关系和临床意义。方法应用全自动生化分析仪测定106例甲状腺功能亢进患者和100例健康体检者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、γ-谷氨酰转移酶（GGT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、总胆红素（TB）、总蛋白（TP）和清蛋白（ALB）;采用全自动化学发光仪检测两组甲状腺激素游离T3和游离T4（即FT3和FT4）。结果甲状腺功能亢进患者ALT、AST、GGT、ALP、TB明显高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。TP、ALB明显低于健康体检者,差异也有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。ALP与FT3、FT4呈正相关（r=0.306,P〈0.01;r=0.326,P〈0.01）,ALB与FT4呈负相关（r=-0.395,P〈0.01）。结论甲状腺功能亢进患者常伴肝功能损害,ALP、ALB与甲状腺激素水平相关。肝功生化指标变化可作为判断甲状腺功能亢进患者病情和观察疗效的有效指标之一。

Biochemical changes in liver function and correlation analysis in patients with hyperthyroidism

Objective To investigate the liver function in patients with hyperthyroidism biochemical change and its relationship with thyroid hormones and clinical significance.Methods Using automatic biochemical analyzer were used for 106 patients with hyperthyroidism and 100 healthy-bodied for serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,glutamyl peptidase（GGT）,alkaline phosphatase（ALP）,total bilirubin（TB）,total protein（TP） and albumin（ALB）.Free T3 and free T4（FT3 and that FT4） were detected by automatic chemiluminescence.Results The hyperthyroidism patients′ ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,TB were significantly higher（P0.01）;TP,ALB were significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）,ALP and FT3,FT4 were positively correlated（r=0.306,P0.01;r=0.326,P0.01）.ALB and FT4 were negatively correlated（r=-0.395,P0.01）.Conclusion Patients with hyperthyroidism often accompanied by liver damage,ALP,ALB associated with thyroid hormone levels.Biochemical changes in liver function could be used as hyperthyroidism patient′s condition and observed the effects of the effective indices.
