| 摘 要： | 目的：分析陕西地区体检人群幽门螺杆菌的感染状况以及其相关因素，为幽门螺杆菌的防治提供依据。方法采用乳胶法检测16812例体检人群幽门螺旋杆菌IgG抗体。结果总阳性率为26．14％，其中男女性别间、不同年龄段及陕西三大地域间幽门螺杆菌比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0．01）结论陕西健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌的感染因素与性别、年龄及地域有关，在高发人群、地域中应引起重视，加强健康宣传。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori IgG results about health screening population in shaanxi area ,Meanwhile , Provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of Helicobacter pylori .Methods Using the methods of emulsion technique to tes‐ting a total of 16812 health screening population .Results The total positive rate was 26 .14% ,There were statistically significant differences in the sex ,age and three major regions of Shaanxi .(P<0 .01) .Conclusion The infection factors of Helicobacter pylori in Shaanxi health screening population are related to sex ,age and region ,which should be paid more attention in the high risk popu‐lation and region ,and strengthen the health promotion . |
