| 摘 要： | 目的对Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪检测儿童末梢血异常细胞报警提示功能进行评价。方法采用Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪对804例儿童末梢血标本进行检测,同时进行血涂片检查血细胞形态,通过统计比较,评价该血细胞分析仪异常细胞报警提示功能的可靠性能。结果 Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪对儿童末梢血异常细胞报警提示功能的灵敏度为100%,特异性为69.80%,阳性预测值为54.10%,阴性预测值为100%,仪器检出准确度为77.74%,假阳性率为45.90%。结论 Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪检测儿童末梢血异常细胞报警提示系统的功能良好,灵敏度高,可降低涂片复检次数,提高临床工作效率和检验质量,但同时也存在较高的假阳性率,需进一步对其进行血涂片镜检加以确认。
