| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临产孕妇凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)、D-二聚体(D-D)的变化及其临床意义。方法采用日本Sysmex CA-1500全自动凝血分析仪分别检测30例健康非孕妇女、171例健康临产孕妇和15例妊娠高血压综合征(下称妊高征)临产孕妇的PT、APTT、TT、Fib、D-D水平。结果临产孕妇组与健康非孕妇组比较PT、APTT、TT时间缩短,Fib、D-D水平增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),妊高征组与健康临产孕妇组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临产孕妇血液处于高凝状态,而妊高征孕妇存在明显高凝状态,具有血栓形成趋向。孕妇在临产前及时检测凝血4项及D-二聚体,有助于预防产后出血、血栓形成,对避免发生弥散性血管内凝血具有一定的临床意义。
