| 摘 要： | 目的分析鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分布及耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法对2007~2010年临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌的分布情况和耐药性进行分析。结果 512株鲍曼不动杆菌的临床标本来源以痰和伤口分泌物为主,分别占78.5%和11.9%。2007~2009年鲍曼不动杆菌对美洛培南、亚胺培南耐药率均在8.0%以下,而2010年耐药率上升至26.55%。结论福州市第二医院鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率低于其他综合医院。该菌连续4年抗菌药耐药性监测显示了其多重耐药性,且其感染和耐药性在临床呈逐年上升趋势,特别是2009年以来上升尤为突出,须引起临床关注。
