| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨尿微量蛋白检测对过敏性紫癜患者早期肾损伤的临床价值.方法 用免疫透射比浊法测定尿微量清蛋白、β2微球蛋白、α1微球蛋白的含量.结果 过敏性紫癜患者组3项尿微量蛋白检测结果与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义,且又与肾病综合征患者组比较差异也有统计学意义.3项尿微量蛋白联合检测发现过敏性紫癜患者有早期肾损伤的阳性率达59.31%,结论尿微量蛋白联合检测可较好地反映肾损害程度,有助于过敏性紫癜患者早期肾损伤的诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of uromicroprotein detection on early renal injuries in patients with allergic purpura. Methods Immunoturbidimetric assay was applied to measuring the contents of urinary microalbumin, beta2- microglobulin and alpbal microglobulin. Results The differences of the three uromicroproteins were significant between allergic purpura group and control group, as well as allergic purpura group and nephritic syndrome group. The positive rate of combined detection of three uromicroproteins was 59.31 % to discover the early renal injuries in allergic purpura patients. Conclusion Combined detection of uromicroproteins can reflect the renal injuries properly, and it is helpful for early diagnosis of renal injuries in patients with allergic purpura. |
