用简化比对方案对贝克曼DXI 800与ACCESS 2部分检测项目的比对研究

目的：应用简化比对方案对实验室全自动化学发光分析仪DXI 800与ACCESS 2检测系统在临床生化中的一致性，并对其结果进行判断。方法按照CNAS-CL38的要求，以DXI 800为参照仪器，ACCESS 2为待评仪器，检测20例患者新鲜血清中不同浓度孕酮（Prog）、雌二醇（E2）、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）、肌钙蛋白（cTnI）项目。采用配对 t检验对2个检测系统的检测结果进行统计分析，计算各项目在2个检测系统间的相关系数，列出回归方程，并对偏倚进行评估。结果配对 t检验显示，所有项目结果在2各检测系统间均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。两检测系统相关性较好，所有项目的 r2均大于0．950，比对系统所有项目比对数据均＜1／2 TEa ，符合比例均大于80％。结论贝克曼化学发光仪DXI 800与ACCESS 2全自动化学发光分析仪应用简化比对方案，所有检查的项目均具高度的可比性，并具有良好的线性关系，可以用于临床标本的检测。

Comparison study using a simplified comparison program for Backman DXI 800 and ACCESS 2 in some test items

Objective The purpose of the application program to simplify the comparison of laboratory automated chemiluminescence analyzer DXI 800 consistent with the ACCESS 2 detection system in clinical biochemistry ,and to judge its results .Methods The method according to the CNAS-CL38 requirements to DXI 800 as a reference instrument ,ACCESS 2 to be evaluated instruments , testing different concentrations of progesterone(Prog) ,estradiol (E2) ,human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) ,troponin (cTnI) pro-ject in 20 cases of patients with fresh serum .Using a paired t-test on the test results two detection systems for statistical analysis , the correlation coefficient is calculated for each item in the two detection systems ,listing the regression equation ,and the bias for e-valuation .Results Paired t-test results showed that all the various project results between the two detection systems were statisti-cally significant (P<0 .05) .Good correlation between the two detection systems ,r2 all items were greater than 0 .950 ,compared to the system for all project data than were <1/2 TEa ,in line with the proportion was more than 80% .Conclusion Beckman chemi-luminescence analyzer DXI 800 and ACCESS 2 automated chemiluminescence analyzer application to simplify comparison program , all projects are checked with a high degree of comparability ,and has a good linear relationship can be used to detect clinical speci-mens .
