| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）血清标志物阳性携带者与乙肝病毒（HBV）前S1（PreS1）抗原的关系。方法采用全自动酶联免疫分析仪检测563例HBV携带者乙肝5项血清标志物和PreS1抗原水平。结果在563例HBV携带者中，大三阳乙肝表面抗原（HBsAg）、乙肝e抗原（HBeAg）、乙肝核心抗体（抗-HBc）]阳性281例，其中PreS1抗原阳性63例，阳性率为22．4％；小三阳（HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc）阳性192例，其中PreS1抗原阳性33例，阳性率为17．2％；HBsAg、抗-HBc阳性90例，其中PreS1抗原阳性8例，阳性率为8．9％，各阳性率间差异有统计学意义χ^2=8．61，P〈0．05）。结论PreS1抗原是HBV感染和复制的标志，为HBV存在和复制较为直接的一种标志物，对临床上判断HBV复制和疾病的预后有重要参考意义。
