偏头痛患者血浆内皮素和氧化低密度脂蛋白水平的研究

目的探讨发作期偏头痛患者血浆内皮素（endothelin,ET）、氧化低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL）的水平。方法测定30例偏头痛发作期患者（偏头痛组）与30例健康对照者（对照组）血浆ET和ox-LDL的水平。结果偏头痛组血浆ET（68.19±12.25）ng/L）]水平高于对照组（58.61±9.18）ng/L]（P〈0.01）,偏头痛组血浆ox-LDL（13.25±3.15）mg/L]水平高于对照组（10.06±3.61）mg/L]（P〈0.01）。结论偏头痛发作期患者存在血管舒缩功能障碍和抗氧化体系失衡,易发生脂质过氧化反应,可能是其容易发生心脑血管动脉粥样硬化的原因之一。

The research of levels of endothelin and density lipoprotein in migraineur

Objective To observe the changes of levels of endothelin（ET） and oxidized low-density lipoprotein（ox-LDL） in acute period migraineur.Methods The levels of ET and ox-LDL in 30 acute period migraineurs（migraine group） and 30 healthy subjects（control group） were tested by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The ET level of plasma in migraine group was higher than control group（68.19±12.25 ng/L,58.61±9.18 ng/L,respectively,P0.01）.The ox-LDL level of plasma in migraineur was higher than control group（13.25±3.15 mg/L,10.06±3.61 mg/L,respectively,P0.01）.Conclusion Acute period migraineur have vasomotor dysfunction and unbalance of antioxidation,and also probably have lipid peroxidation,which is the main reason for cerebrovascular and cardiovascular atherosclerosis.
