| 摘 要： | 目的探讨难治性白血病大剂量化疗后的临床护理策略。方法对重庆医科大学附属第二医院血液科2007年1月至2009年10月收治的21例难治性白血病患者大剂量化疗后的护理进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 19例(90.48%)出现不同程度的感染,但经用普通抗生素均有效地控制了感染。3例(14.29%)出现口腔黏膜溃烂。无1例患者选择放弃继续治疗,无1例出现死亡。结论重视难治性白血病大剂量化疗后的心理护理、用药护理及药物相关毒性的预防十分重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical nursing strategies of refractory leukemia after high-dose chemotherapy.Methods The nursing work of 21 patients with refractory leukemia from January 2007 to October 2009,treated with high-dose chemotherapy,were retrospectively analyzed.Results Varying degrees of infection occurred in 19 （90.48%） patients,but ordinary antibiotics effectively controlled the infection.Oral mucosal ulceration arised in 3 （14.29%） patents.None of the patients gave up further treatment,and no deaths occurred.Conclusion Paying more attention to psychological care,medication nursing and the prevention of drug-related toxicity are very important for the patients with refractory leukemia after high-dose chemotherapy. |
