| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝硬化脾功能亢进患者行部分性脾栓塞术后并发症发生的原因及对策。方法对24例肝硬化脾功能亢进患者采用Seldinger技术行部分性脾栓塞术,术后予以严密观察及对症处理。结果 24例患者脾功能亢进均有不同程度的改善,未发生严重并发症。所有患者均于术后病情好转出院。结论重视术后并发症的观察及对症处理可以减少并发症的发生,提高栓塞术效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the causations and countermeasures of the complications after partial splenic embolization（PSE） to hypersplenism in liver cirrhosis.Methods To take PSE with Seldinger technique to operate on 24 patients with hypersplenism in liver cirrhosis,and to observe strictly and give symptomatic treatment after operations.Results 24 patients with hypersplenism all had improvement more or less,and did not occur sever complication,and all the patients leaved hospital after operation on the mend.Conclusion To pay attention to observation and symptomatic treatment of complication after operation could decrease the occurrence of complication and increase effect of embolization. |
