基于文献计量学的针灸治疗类风湿关节炎腧穴谱研究

目的:采用文献计量学方法,总结国内针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的腧穴谱。方法:按照检索策略全面广泛搜集针灸治疗类风湿关节炎RCT研究,以计算机检索为主,手工检索为辅。检索CNKI和WF数据库,筛选出符合研究标准的文献,总结分析类风湿关节炎针灸穴位的频次分布情况。结果:共纳入合格文献87篇,使用频次最高的穴位为曲池穴,经脉为足太阳膀胱经。结论:针灸治疗类风湿关节炎具有副作用小、疗效稳定等特点,选取曲池(56)、足三里(53)、阳陵泉(53)、阿是穴(45)为主进行治疗,主要使用阳经经脉及督脉,其中足太阳膀胱经(25)运用最多。辨证选穴选取太溪(26)等"腧穴"结合使用八风、八邪、背俞穴等穴进行临床辨证运用。

Spectrum bibliometric study of treating rheumatoid arthritis by Acupuncture Based on Acupoint

Objective: By using the method of literature metrology, summarizes the acupoint spectrum for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: According to the search strategy, the RCT research of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of rheumatoid arthritis was widely collected, and the computer retrieval was the main and manual search was supplemented. The CNKI and WF databases were searched, and the standard of research was selected to analyze the frequency distribution of acu points in rheumatoid arthritis. Result: In total of 87 qualified papers, the highest frequency of use of the acupoints was Quchi, meridians was bladder full sun. Conclusion: The characteristics of acupuncture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has little side effect and stable curative effect, and Quchi(56), Zusanli (53), Yanglingquan(53), Ashi-point(45) were received, the main meridians were yang and Du meridian, and the most was the bladder meridian of foot Taiyang(25). Dialectical points were of Taixi(26)"acupoints" with Eight Feng, Eight Exopathogens, Beishu points of clinical application.
