雌孕激素结合心理疏导治疗卵巢早衰的效果评价

目的:探讨卵巢早衰(POF)应用雌孕激素结合心理疏导治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本中心门诊部2014年6月~2016年1月收治的76例POF患者,依据随机数字表法均分为两组。观察组予以雌孕激素结合心理疏导治疗;对照组仅给予雌孕激素治疗。记录比较两组治疗后临床症状发生率、纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评分,治疗前后血清雌二醇(E2)、促黄体素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后烦躁失眠、潮热出汗及阴道干涩等发生率,均明显低于对照组(P0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后血清E2、LH、FSH水平均显著改善(P0.01),且观察组改善程度较对照组更为显著(P0.05);观察组治疗后MUNSH评分为(15.1±2.3)分,显著高于对照组的(10.6±2.4)分(P0.01);观察组总有效率为97.4%,明显高于对照组的81.6%(P0.05)。结论:POF患者应用雌孕激素结合心理疏导治疗更能有效改善临床症状与性激素水平,提高幸福指数与生活质量,疗效切实,具有较高临床推广价值。

Evaluation of the effect of Estrogen and progesterone combined with psychological counseling on Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Estrogen and progesterone combined with psychological counseling on Premature Ovarian Failure. Methods: Select 76 patients with POF treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 as the research object. According to the random number table method, the numbers were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group: treat with Estrogen and progesterone combined with psychological counseling; The observation group: treat only with Estrogen and progesterone therapy. To compare the incidence rate of clinical symptoms between the two groups after treatment, the score of the Memorial University of Newfoundland happiness scale (MUNSH), the serum estradiol (E2) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) level before and after treatment, and the Clinical curative effect. Results: The observation group, after the treatment, the incidence rate of the irritability and insomnia, sweating and vaginal dryness were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05) and Compared with the control group, the improvement degree of the observation group was more significant (P<0.01). After the treatment, the MUNSH score of the observation group was (15.1 2.3), significantly higher than that of the control group (10.6 2.4) (P<0.01); compared with 83.8% in the control group, the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.4%, which was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusions: POF patients treated with estrogen and progesterone combined with psychological counseling can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, sex hormone levels, the happiness index and quality of life, and is of curative efficiency, which has the high clinical value.
