| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超声弹性成像对不同时期静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法:建立犬静脉血栓动物模型,分别对1、3、7、14d血栓进行弹性分析,每组6只。结果:血栓的回声随时间的延长而增强,血栓的弹性随时间的延长而减低。1d血栓显示为绿-红分层现象,属1级。3d血栓显示为红绿相间,以绿色为主,属2级。7d血栓显示为蓝绿相间,属3级。14d血栓显示为浅蓝色,属4级。结论:超声弹性成像能有效地反映不同时期血栓的弹性硬度,可以根据血栓的弹性硬度来初步判断血栓的时期。
