左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果

目的:探讨左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果。方法 :将2014年1月~2015年1月我院宫颈炎患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗。对比两组治疗总有效率、病情复发率。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。观察组患者用药后6个月的病情复发率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的31.7%(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎效果更佳,且可有效控制病情复发,值得临床推广应用。

Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin treatment of cervicitis clinical effect

Objective: To investigate levofloxacin combined with azithromycin treatment of cervicitis clinical results. Methods: 120 cases of patients with cervicitis from January 2014 to January 2015, were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases of each group. The control group were given azithromycin, the observation group were treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group. Treatment effects and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed. Results: The treatment total effective rate of observation group was 96.7%, significantly higher than the control group 73.3% (P<0.05). Recurrence rate after 6 months of observation group was 5.0%, significantly lower than the control group 31.7% (P <0.05). Conclusion: Levofloxacin and azithromycin treatment regimen cervicitis better, and can effectively control the disease recurrence, worthy of clinical promotion and application.
