基层医院间接护理时数的现状分析与对策

目的探讨基层医院护理工作间接护理的现状,为科学配备护理人力资源提供依据。方法在6个病区,对34个间接护理项目进行24h间接护理时数的测定和统计。结果文书处理、药品管理、交接班、物资管理、清洁消毒分别占护理时数的39.7%、18.8%、8.6%、7.5%和6.4%,在统计的6个病区中,间接护理时数占护理总时数的35%～45%。结论基层医院应采取完善支持系统,引进专业文员,建立康复系统等措施,合理使用护理人力资源。

Analysis and countermeasure of status of indirect nursing times in basilar hospital

Objective To discuss the status of indirect nursing times in basilar hospital and provide evidence for distributing nursing labor scientifically. Methods 24 hours nursing times in 34 indirect nursing durations were counted and stated in 6 wards. Results In total nursing times, the document, medicine management, hand-over duration, material management and sterilization was 39.7%?18.8%?8.6%?7.5% and 6.4% perspectively,in the 6 wards worked on, indirect nursing times was 35%~45% of total nursing times. Conclusion measures should be undertaken to perfect support system, introduce specialized staffs, establish healing system as well as reasonable staff resource.
