剖宫产术后及早拔出尿管的可行性研究

目的探讨剖宫产术后及早拔出尿管对产妇的影响。方法将160例剖宫产产妇随机分为实验组和对照组各80例。实验组术后3~5h拔除尿管,对照组按常规24 h拔除。观察2组患者术后自然排尿情况及尿路感染发生率。结果实验组拔除尿管后,自然排尿率为97.5%高于对照组的80%(P0.05);实验组尿路感染发生率为0低于对照组的15%(P0.05)。结论剖宫产术后及早拔除留置尿管,可有效提高产妇自然排尿率降低尿路感染的发生率。

The Effect of Pulling Out Catheters Early on Patients After Cesarean Section

Objective To invqstigate the effect of pulling out catheters early on patients after cesarean section. Methods 160 patients after cesarean section were randomly divided into intervention group and control grnup, each group had 80 patients. The catheters of intervention group were pulled out 3 - 5 hours after cesarean section, while the catheters of control group were pulled out 24 hours after cesarean section. The natural urination and the urinary tract infections rate were compared with the two groups. Results Natural urination rate in intervention group was 97.5% . and which in control group was 80% after the removal of catheters （χ2= 12.27, P〈0.05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. The urinary tract infection rate in intervention group was 0 ,and whicb in control group was 15% （χ2= 12.97 ,P〈0.05 ） ,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Pulling out the catheters early on patients after cesarean section could not only improve the natural nrination rate, but also reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
