PBL教学方法结合对比型查房模式在外科护理本科教学中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学方法结合对比型的查房模式对本科护理实习生在外科教学中的应用与效果。方法采用非同期对照研究,将本科2012级34名和2013级34名护理本科实习生按前后分为对照组和实验组,对照组运用常规带教模式,实验组采用PBL教学方法结合对比型的查房模式作为外科护理教学的重点进行培训。课程结束后,采用自制试卷及回顾性调查问卷形式评价培训成效。结果与传统常规护理实习教育模式相比较,PBL教学方法结合对比型的查房模式培训后的本科实习生的理论知识考核以及一级护理查房成绩明显优于传统护理教育模式。实验组教学方法培训学生及带教老师双方的满意度分数分别为(91.40±5.21)分及(86.10±7.06)分,与传统教学方法培训比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对本科护理实习生开展PBL教学方法结合对比型的查房模式,有利于发挥学生的自主能动性,明显强化学生专科知识,提高学生的专业技术能力,使学生及带教教师的满意度明显提高,此方法值得推广。

Application of Problem-based Learning Ward Round Model in Surgical Nursing Undergraduate Teaching
Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the PBL ward rounds mode in gastrointestinal surgery nursing undergraduates teaching accord-ing to the characteristics of undergraduate nursing interns knowledge. Methods Taking non-concurrent control trial and based on subject time order to divide 34 undergraduates ( 2012, Nursing) and 34 undergraduates ( 2013, Nursing) into two groups, which are Control Group and Experimental Group. The Control Group take the traditional education model and the Experimental Group take the PBL teaching mode as the focus of nursing teaching ward round in gastrointestinal surgery training.Training effectiveness was evaluated by self-made papers and ret-rospective questionnaire form. Results Compared with the traditional routine nursing practice education, the gastrointestinal surgical knowl-edge assessment and a level nursing round performance of undergraduate interns training with PBL ward rounds mode is more excellent. The satisfaction of special training students and teachers were 91.4% and 85.78%. Compared with the traditional teaching method of training, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion PBL ward rounds mode in gastrointestinal surgery nursing undergraduates teaching is conducive to play the initiative of students, obviously enhance the junior college students knowledge, and improve professional and technical ability of students.The students and teachers satisfaction improved significantly. It is worth to popularize this method.
