综合干预在中老年高血压防治中的作用

目的探讨综合干预对高血压患者在控制血压、降低致残率和死亡率、促进健康中的作用。方法117例高血压患者随机抽样分为2组,干预组78例,对照组39例。2组均保持入组前抗高血压药物种类和剂量不变,干预组同时进行心理、社会、饮食、运动等方面的健康指导,连续跟踪随访3年。结果干预组血压控制率明显优于对照组,其高血压并发症、致残率、死亡率均明显下降。结论综合干预能有效控制高血压、减少高血压并发症及死亡率。

Role of synthetic interference in preventing hypertention in elders

Objectives To discuss the role of synthetic interference in blood-pressure control, lowering occurrence of paralysis and keeping healthy in patients with hypertention. Mehtods 117 consecutive cases of hypertention were divided into 2 groups randomly, 78 cases in test group, 39 cases in control. The kind and dose of medicine administrated remained same in both groups, mental?social?nutrient and exercise direction were given to test group, all cases were followed for 3 years. Results the blood-pressure control in test group is superior than control, the clinical efficacy?systole pressure change?complication and mortal rate between 2 group has statistical significance. Conclusion synthetic interference can guarantee stable blood-pressure?low occurrence of complication and mortal rate that followed.
