社会支持在乳腺癌患者生育忧虑与生活质量间的中介效应

目的：探讨社会支持在乳腺癌患者生育忧虑与生活质量之间的作用机制，为临床降低乳腺癌患者生育忧虑水平提供理论依据。方法：采用癌症后生育忧虑量表、 领悟社会支持量表、生活质量FACT-B量表对天津市某三级甲等医院120例乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果：乳腺癌患者生育忧虑总分为（52.36±13.66）分，社会支持总分（69.19±11.71）分，生活质量总分（100.48±19.04）分。生活质量、社会支持与生育忧虑各维度呈负相关（P＜0.05）。社会支持与生活质量及各维度呈正相关（P＜0.05）。中介效应分析显示，乳腺癌患者社会支持在生育忧虑与生活质量中具有部分中介作用。 结论：生育忧虑影响乳腺癌患者生活质量，社会支持在缓解乳腺癌患者生育忧虑中发挥重要作用，提高乳腺癌患者生活质量，需要给予患者完善的社会支持系统。

Study on mediating effect of social support between fertility anxiety and quality of life in breast cancer patients

Objective:To explore the mechanism of mediating role of social support between fertility anxiety and quality of life, so as to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the level of fertility anxiety of breast cancer patients. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 breast cancer patients in a tertiary Class A hospital in Tianjin with the Post-Cancer Fertility Anxiety Scale, the Comprehension Social Support Scale, and the Quality of Life FACT-B Scale. Results:The total score of fertility anxiety, social support and quality of life were 52.36±13.66, 69.19±11.71, 100.48±19.04, respectively. Fertility anxiety was negatively correlated with quality of life and social support（P<0.05）. Social support was negatively correlated with quality of life(P<0.05). The analysis of mediating effects showed that social support played a partial mediating role in the relationship between fertility anxiety and quality of life in breast cancer patients. Conclusions:Fertility anxiety was influencing the quality of life in breast cancer patients. Social support played an important role in relieving fertility anxiety and improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients. It is necessary to provide a complete social support system to breast cancer patients.
