影响慢性盆腔炎保留灌肠效果因素的探讨

为探讨影响慢性盆腔炎保留灌肠治疗效果的因素,对210例慢性盆腔炎病人从不同灌肠管、不同方式、不同插入深度等方面进行观察和分析。结果表明,保留灌肠用16号导尿管在灌肠时进行边插管边推药方式,并插管深度至30cm时,其肛门疼痛,灌肠液外溢,灌肠后腹胀等不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。提示,在临床慢性盆腔炎行中药保留灌肠中,要注意各种因素对灌肠治疗效果的影响,减少不良反应发生率,减轻病人痛苦。

Study on the factors relating to the therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammation retention eneme

For the purpose of studying the factors affecting chronic pelvic inflammation retention enema, the author treated 210 cases and simultaneously observed and analysed such as the different enema tube, ways and the depth of insertion. Results showed when the enema using No. 16 Catheterization tube and the depth of enemator tube insertion being 30 cm, anus pain, leakage of enema liquid and after retention abdominal distension, etc, are less compared with the same factors in the control group (P<0. 01). These suggest that care should be taken towards the chronic pelvic inflammation for the sake of ensuring better therapeutic effects, reducing side effects and alleviating the patients sufferings.
