精神病人社区管理的探讨

精神病人住院治疗症状缓解后，面临着出院继续康复的问题。社区防治尤为突出。笔者认为，要明显建立社区防治的重要性，服务的任务；建立由卫生、公安、民政等部门组成的服务体系。通过调查，提供有计划、有系统的服务；建立社区门诊咨询；开设日间病房；家庭病床；工娱疗站；重视家庭干预，把病人统一管理起来，使病人得到较好地治疗和管理。利用有限的卫生资源，达到最大可能的社区功能水平。

Disscussion on the Rehabilitation of Psychiatric Patients in the Community

Phychiatric patients are facing further rehabilitation after their symptoms are relieved in hospital. Especially the community prevention and treatment of mental disease are outstanding. In my opinion, the importance of establishing community prevention and treatment system and the task of community mental health care service must be made clear. The service system which is composed of departments of sanitation, public security and civil administration should be established. And we should take some methods to unify and manage the patients to help them receive better treatment and management, such as community outpatient consultation, daytime ward, family sickbed, entertaining rehabilitation center and family intervention. Thus, the optimal social functions of community could be developed by making full use of the limited sanitary resource.
