提高护士对地诺前列酮引产患者的临产识别率中的品管圈实践

目的 探讨品管圈在提高护士对地诺前列酮引产患者的临产识别率的应用效果。方法 科室成立品管圈活动小组查找问题与要因分析,确定改善重点后,制定相应的措施并实施,分析对比活动前后护士对地诺前列酮引产患者的临产识别率。结果 品管圈活动后护士对地诺前列酮引产患者的临产识别率由71%提升到89%,临产识别率显著提高。结论 本次品管圈活动能有效提高护士对地诺前列酮引产患者的临产识别率,并使产科护士得到成长,从而提高护理品质。

Effect of Quality Control Circle on Improving Nurses’ Recognition Rate of PGE2 Induced Labor

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle (QCC) on improving nurses’ recognition rate of labor in patients induced by dinoprostone. Methods A QCC team was established to identify the problems and analyze the main causes. After determining the key points of improvement, corresponding measures were formulated and implemented. The recognition rate of nurses on the labor of patients induced by dinoprostone was compared before and after QCC practice. Results After the practice, the recognition rate of patients induced by dinoprostone increased significantly from 71% to 89%. Conclusion QCC can effectively improve nurses’ recognition rate of labor in patients induced by dinoprostone, thus to improve the quality of nursing.
