| 摘 要： | 笔者报道了126例中心负压吸引预防乳腺癌术后患者皮下积液的护理措施,指出乳腺癌术后患者按科学操作流程,正确使用中心负压行持续负压吸引,定时检查引流管及中心负压引流的负压值,严密观察引流液的量和性质,科学方法拔管可有效预防乳腺癌根治术后皮下积液的发生。

| Abstract: | The author reported 126 cases in which center vacuum suction was applied to prevent subcutaneous hydrops after radical mastectomy. Furthermore, the author pointed out that subcutaneous hydrops after radical mastectomy could be prevented effectively by correct contitant high negative pressure drain by application of centre vacuum suction according to scientific operation process, regular checking the drain tube and negative pressure score of center vacuum suction, close observation of quality and quantity of liquid and drawing tube in a scientific way. |
