护理临床教学中多种考核方法的实施

摘    要:目的 全面评估护理临床教学效果,适应素质教育,提高临床教学质量。方法 对2000、2001两个学年的中专和大专护生135人实习期间采用多种考核方法,即应急能力考核、临床综合能力考核、入院接诊考核、理论和操作考试、素质评价相结合的方式全面考核评价学生。结果 护生与病人交流意识和服务意识增强,理论、操作考核成绩和综合素质全面提高。结论 多种护生考核方法在临床具有可行性,能增强学生全面发展的意识,促进学生全面发展,完善了临床教学评价体系,客观反映了学生的综合裹质,并能及时发现教学中的不足,有利于临床教学质量的提高。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing education in order to keep it adapted to quality education and improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching. Methods During the period of nursing practice, multi-evaluation methods were employed such as evaluation of emergency-dealing ability, examinations of all-around clinical ability, evaluation of the ability to interview inpatients, examinations on theoretical knowledge and practical operation and evaluation of quality. Results Multi -evaluation methods were applicable in clinical nursing education. The behaviors of student nurses were evaluated at a better level as a whole. Conclusion Multi-evaluation system is able to fortify student's awareness of all-around development and thus promote their all-around development. On the other hand, it has perfected the evaluation system of clinical education. Meanwhile it is able to reflect the student's quality in every respect. We can find the flaws at practical teaching by use of this system, which is beneficial for the improvement of clinical teaching quality.
