颈部手术患者术晨心理干预的效果观察

目的 探讨在手术当天早晨对颈部手术患者实施心理干预的效果.方法 选取76例择期颈部手术患者,对照组（38例）接受常规术前1 d护理访视;观察组（38例）除接受常规术前护理访视外,加强手术麻醉前的心理干预.比较两组术前1 d及麻醉前的血压、脉率、状态焦虑量表（SAS）得分、手术后的满意度.结果 两组术前焦虑得分、脉率、血压波动差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;麻醉前观察组焦虑得分、收缩压、脉率的升高幅度明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）,其术后满意度明显高于对照组.结论 在术前1 d护理访视的基础上,加强手术日术前心理干预可更好地缓解颈部手术患者术前应激反应,稳定其生命体征,保证麻醉手术顺利进行.

Influence of Psychological Intervention on Patients with Cervix Surgery on the Morning of Operation Day

Objective To explore the influence of psychological interention on anxiety, life signs and satisfactory rate of patients with cervix surgery on the morning of operation day. Methods 76 patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group at random. 38 patients in control group were paid preoperative visits one day before operation while 38 patients in experimental group were given psychological intervention before anaesthesia in addition to normal preoperative visit. Blood pressure, pulse rate, SAS score, satisfactory rate of one day before operation and before anaesthesia in both groups were compared. Results There were no statistical differences in anxiety, pulse rate and blood pressure between two groups one day before operation (P>0.05). Before anaesthesia, experimental group had lower increase of SAS score, pulse rate, systolic blood pressure and higher satisfactory rate than control group (P<0.05). After operation, experimental group had higher satisfactory rate than control group. Conclusion On the basis of preoperative visit one day before operation, psychological intervention on operation day may decrease anxiety before cervix surgery, stabilize patient's life signs and ensure the success of anaesthesia.
