本科护生实习初期压力源与自我效能感的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 了解本科护生临床实习初期压力源与自我效能感现状及两者的相关性.方法 采用自制的本科护生临床实习压力源问卷及一般自我效能感量表对170名本科护生进行问卷调查.结果 本科护生临床实习初期压力源依次为:自身知识与技能、工作性质与内容、自身及就业、病人护理、教学组织与管理、医院环境与人际关系;一般自我效能感总均分为(2.57±0.46)分,高于中间分2.5水平;各压力源得分与自我效能感均呈负相关( r=-0.61~-0.30,P<0.001).结论 本科护生临床实习初期压力源与自我效能感呈负相关.护理教育工作者应重视培养临床实习本科护生的自我效能感,加强本科护生实习前护士职业素质及护理操作技能培训,实习中尤其是实习初期的心理支持,提高本科护生的自我效能感,以减轻临床实习压力,提高实习质量.
