护理专业大学生自主学习能力的调查分析

目的了解目前在读护理专业大学生自主学习的能力,以助于有针对性地改进教学工作。方法抽取浙江、上海两所护理院校在读98级~2002级护理专业大学生使用自我效能量表以及自行研制的自陈式量表进行测评。结果自主学习能力总分及各分量表得分均呈正态分布,得分总体不高,其中相对较好的为自我管理能力和学习合作能力。除了初入学的护理专业大学生能力明显偏低外,其余各年级学生能力值轻度上扬。护理专业大学生的自我效能感不高,并且与自主学习能力显著相关(r=0.512,P<0.01)。结论当前护理专业大学生的自主意识、自主学习能力不容乐观,护理高等教育者应针对具体情况加以有针对性的培养。

Investigation on the independent learning competencies of nursing undergraduates

Objective To survey the independent learning competencies of nursing undergraduates in order to improve teaching accordingly. Methods All nursing undergraduates in each grade (grade 1998-grade 2002)of two nursing college in Zhejiang Province and Shanghai were evaluated by using self-efficacy scale and self-made scale. Results The total score of students' independent learning competencies and scores of scales were distributed normally. The level of independent learning competencies was not high, among which, self-managing competencies and learning-together competencies were better. The fresh students were obviously lack of the independent learning competencies, but the level of that the other grades were homologous. Self-efficacy of nursing undergraduates was not high, and was significantly related to independent learning competences (r=0.512, P<0.01). Conclusions Today nursing undergraduates are not good at independent learning, so nursing educators must put forward some counter measures to instruct them accordingly.
