静脉留置针患者发生静脉炎的影响因素分析

目的分析静脉留置针患者发生静脉炎的相关因素,为制定相应的预防护理措施提供依据,以提高输液护理质量。方法选择静脉留置针患者142例,分析患者性别、年龄、相关血液学指标、留置时间及封管方法对其静脉炎发生情况的影响。先进行单因素分析,再采用强迫法建立模型,用Logistic多元回归分析影响静脉炎发生的因素。结果本组发生静脉炎51例,发生率为35.9%。静脉炎发生与患者性别、留置静脉套管针的时间有关;与年龄、相关血液学指标及封管方法均无关。结论留置时间越长,发生静脉炎的可能性越大,女性较男性静脉炎发生率高,应尽可能缩短静脉留置套管针的时间,并加强对留置静脉留置针的女性患者的观察。

The Influential Factors of Phlebitis in Patients with Intravenous Cannula

Objective To analyze the influential factors of phlebitis in patients with retained intravenous cannula so as to provide a basis for working out pertinent preventive nursing measures.Methods 142 patients with intravenous cannula were selected as subjects.Such items of sex,age,hematological index,duration for retaining and methods for sealing as well as their influences on phlebitis were analyzed by single factor analysis,followed by Logistic multiple regression.Results Phlebitis developed in 51 cases,taking up 35.9%.Phlebitis was related to sex and duration for retaining intravenous cannula,but not to age,hematological index and sealing methods.Conclusion The longer the duration for retaining,the higher the incidence of phlebitis.The incidence rate among women is higher than among men.Therefore,the duration should be shortened as much as possible.The observation over women carrying retained needle should be enhanced.
