浅静脉直刺穿刺法的临床观察

目的研究浅静脉直刺穿刺法的临床效果。方法操作者分别采用传统法和直刺法,为100例住院病人行手背静脉穿刺输液,了解两种不同穿刺法在进针速度、病人对疼痛的感觉、穿刺成功率、血管可重复利用的次数、病人穿刺部位皮下淤血发生率、病人对穿刺进针方法的满意度等方面的差异。结果两组进针速度、血管重复利用次数分别经t检验,P<0.001及P<0.01,有显著性差异。两组病人对疼痛的感觉及穿刺方法满意度分别经秩和检验P均<0.001,有显著性差异;两种方法穿刺成功率分别经字2检验,P>0.05,无显著性差异;两种方法皮下淤血发生率经字2检验,P<0.001,有显著性差异。以上说明浅静脉直刺法明显优于传统法。结论浅静脉直刺法可减轻病人疼痛,减少皮下淤血,增加血管重复利用次数,达到快速、准确、高效、满意的效果。

Clinical study on the superficial venous puncture

Objective To study the clinic effect of superficial venous puncture. Methods 100 patients receiving venous infusion by puncture through the veins in the back of hand were divided into two groups: one group receiving conventional direct puncture and the other undergoing direct superficial venous puncture. The two groups were compared regarding puncturing speed, feeling of patients about pains, success rate, times for repeated use of the veins, occurrence of subdermal congestion, satisfaction of patients over the puncturing methods. Results T-test showed significant differences in puncturing speed and times for repeated use of the veins between the groups (P<0.001 and P<0.01). The sequential test showed significant differences in feelings of pains and satisfaction of patients over the puncturing methods between the groups (P<0.001). The success rates of the two groups were 95% and 89%, showing no significance by x2 test (P > 0.05). But x2 test showed significant difference in view of occurrence of subdermal congestion (P<0.001). The results indicated the superiority of superficial venous direct puncture to the conventional one. Conclusion Superficial venous direct puncture, relieving the pains of patients, reducing subdermal congestion and increasing the times for repeated use of a vein, reaches the effects of speediness, accuracy and more satisfactions.
