某二级甲等综合性医院护理人员心理学知识认知应用情况调查

目的 了解护理人员护理心理学知识的认知现状和应用情况,为进一步推动临床心理护理的应用和发展、加强护理人员心理学知识培训提供参考。方法 自行设计问卷,对某二级甲等综合性医院护理人员116人进行调查,内容包括护理人员对护理心理学知识的认知和应用情况,护理人员对临床开展心理护理的意见和需求。结果 认同心理护理在护理工作中很重要的占95.7%,认同做好心理护理需要具备系统的护理心理学知识和技能的占84.5%;认为自己缺乏护理心理学知识,不会运用心理护理技术的占45.7%,从未使用过心理评估量表的占83.6%,只有21.6%护理人员曾经系统学习过护理心理学知识;52.6%护理人员因为工作忙没时间对病人进行心理护理干预。结论 护理人员心理学知识缺乏,临床心理护理应用情况不甚乐观。应加强护理人员护理心理学知识及技能的培训教育力度,探索符合我国国情的心理护理工作模式,以进一步推动心理护理落实。

Survey on Psychological Knowledge and Application of Nursing Staff in a Grade 2A Hospital

Objective To understand the the status quo of nursing staff＇s psychological knowldege and application with the aim of providing a basis for promoting the application and development of clinical psychological nursing and improving psychological training for nursing staff. Methods Self-designed questionnaire were made for 116 nurses in a comprehensive Grade 2A hospital to fill in, which included the subjects＇ psychological knowledge and application, and their opinion of the demand for clinical psychological nursing. Results Those who agreed that psychological nursing is important in nursing work accounted for 95.7%, who agreed that competent psyehologieal nursing demanded systematic knowledge and skills, 84.5%, and who proclaimed to lack nursing psychology and be unable to apply psychological nursing, 45.7%. 83.6% had never used psychology assessment scale, only 21.6% had learned nursing psychology systematically, and 52.6% had not conducted intervention in this regard due to their busy work. Conclusion The nursing staff＇s psychological knowledge is scanty and the clinical application of it is not quite promising. Training of the nursing staff＇s psychological nursing knowledge and skills should be strengthened, and a work pattern in conformity with the actual national situation of our country should be developed to promote this nurisng work.
