胃病病人口腔健康行为调查分析

目的 分析和评价胃病病人口腔健康行为。方法 对426名病人进行问卷调查。结果 本组胃病病人每天刷牙2次或2次以上占23%，刷牙1次为49.8%，27.2%的人从不刷牙；86%的病人牙刷使用时间超过60d,71.6%的病人不知道牙刷应保持在干燥环境中；32.6%的胃病病人每天进甜食或甜饮料2次以上；在过去的1年中，60.1%的人牙龈出血，30.28%的人牙齿疼痛，有56.81%的胃病病人从未看过牙医。结论 胃病病人口腔自我卫生保健意识较差，更加强口腔健康教育和行为干预。

A survey of oral health behaviors of gastrosis patients

ObjectiveTo evaluate the oral heath behavior of gastrosis patients.MethodsA questionnaire was designed for face to face interview over 426 gastrosis patients in view of general data, self oral nursing behaviors as well as oral symptoms and medication.ResultsThe survey showed that 23% of them brushed their teeth twice a day or more; 49.8% once a day, 27.2 % never. 86% of them used the same brush more than 60 d. 71.6% did not know the brushes should be laid at dry place. 32.6% consumed sweet snacks or sweet drink more than twice a day or more. In the previous year, 60.1% had gingival hemorrhage and 30.28% suffered tooth pain. 56.81% never saw dentists. ConclusionOral health behavior is poor in the pastrosis patients.
