自我效能、元认知对专科实习护生临床决策能力的影响

摘    要:目的了解自我效能、元认知对护理实习号科生临床决策能力的影响,可以为培养高素质的、具有良好临床决策能力的护生提供信息和参考。方法对192名实习末护理大学生进行问卷调查,采用一般自我效能感量表、元认知能力量表和护理临床决策测评工具进行测量,了解专科实习护生自我效能、元认知和临床决策能力,并分析三者的相互关系。结果临床决策能力分值(135.80±13.26)分,说明学生有较好的临床决策能力和解决问题的能力:自我效能、元认知与实习护生临床决策能力有较密切的关系,相关系数分别为r=0.462,r=0.586;元认知对临床决策能力有预测能力(P〈0.01,R^2=0.344),元认知能力中的元认知计划和元认知评价对临床决策能力有预测能力(P〈0.01,R^2=0.351)。结论提示元认知能提升批判性思维.提高学生的问题解决能力和临床决策能力。在护理教育应与护理临床实践相结合,创造一个好的学习环境,努力提高护生元认知水平,最终加强护生的临床决策能力。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of self-efficacy and meta-cognition on clinical decision-making ability of college student nurses. Methods General Self-efficacy Scale, the Student Meta-cognition Scale and the Clinical Decision-making in Nursing Scale were used to investigate self-efficacy, meta-eognition awareness and clinical decision-making ability among 192 college student nurses at the end of their clinical practice. The relationships between them were analyzed. Results The score in clinical decisionmaking ability was (135.80±13.26), indicating they had strong ability to make clinical decisions. Self-efficacy and meta-cognition awareness were respectively correlated to clinical-making ability (r=0.462, r=0.586). Meta-cognition awareness could predicate decision-making ability (P〈0.01, R^2=0.344), and meta-cognition plan and meta-cognition evaluation, two components in the Students Meta-cognition Scale could be predicators of decision-making ability in this population (P〈0.01, R2=0.351). Conclusion Metacognition may help promote critical thinking, problem-solving ability and clinical decision-makiug ability. It is necessary to combine nursing education with nursing clinical practice so as to create a good learning environment, improve student's cognition levels and improve their clinical decision-making ability.
