社区护理干预提高妇科癌症患者生存质量的效果观察

目的：对出院的妇科癌症患者实施社区护理干预,提高患者的生活质量。方法：以80例出院癌症患者为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组各40例,干预组在出院后对患者进行定期电话回访及家庭现场康复指导,对照组给予常规出院指导。采用孙燕编制的生活质量量表,并用问卷调查两组患者的生活质量、遵医行为和家属对患者的照护水平。结果：干预组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组患者在遵医行为和家属对患者照护知识的知晓率方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：有效的社区护理干预,不仅能提高出院癌症患者的遵医行为及配合程度,提高生活质量,而且对提高患者家属的照护水平具有重要的作用。

Study on Effects of Community Nursing Intervention on Life Quality Improvement of Gynecological Cancer Patients

Objective To explore the effects of community nursing intervention on life quality improvement of gynecological cancer patients. Methods 80 cases of gynecological cancer patients were divided randomly into the intervention group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. The patients in the intervention group received telephone return visit regularly and family rehabilitation guidance on spot after discharge, while the patients in the control received the routine discharge guidance. The life quality was evaluated by using the Quality of Life Questionnaire, the compliance behavior of patients and the care level of family were investigated by questionnaires. Results Life quality of intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. There was also significant difference in compliance behavior and care knowledge of families between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effective community nursing intervention can improve the discharged cancer patients＇ compliance behavior and life quality, and it also plays an important role in improving the care level of families.
