| 摘 要： | 急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿在接受左旋门冬酰胺酶(L—ASP)及地塞米松联合化疗的过程中，可出现血糖升高等并发症，笔对12例发生此并发症患儿的医疗及护理过程进行了总结，结果显示此种药物性血糖升高是可逆的，同时。只要通过精心的治疗和护理，可避免酮症酸中毒或低血糖等并发症的出现，确保化疗效果。

| Abstract: | Hyperglycemia manifests in some children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)treated with L-ASP in combination with dexamethasone.In this paper,we summarized our nursing of12ALL children,finding that drug-induced hyperglycemia was reversible.Delicate nursing and treatment is able to prevent hyperglycemia or ketoacidosis to guarantee the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy. |
