提高阴道分娩产时出血计量准确率的品管圈实践

目的 探讨品管圈活动在提高阴道分娩产时出血计量准确率中的应用效果。方法 我科于2017年12月成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动查找分析计量孕产妇阴道分娩产时出血失准率的原因并进行改进,对比分析实施前、后阴道分娩产时出血计量准确率的差异。结果 经阴道分娩产妇产时出血计量的准确率由实施品管圈活动前的62.0%提高到实施后的92.0%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）,目标达成率为132.9%。结论 实施品管圈活动有效提高了阴道分娩产时出血计量准确率,以及全体圈员综合能力。

Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities on Improvement of Hemorrhage Measurement in Vaginal Delivery

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improvement of hemorrhage measurement in vaginal delivery. Methods QCC activities were implemented in December 2017 to explore how to improve the measurement accuracy of hemorrhage in vaginal delivery then improvement measures were carried out. The measurement accuracy of hemorrhage in vaginal delivery before and after the implementation of QCC activities was compared. Results The measurement accuracy of hemorrhage in vaginal delivery increased from 62.0% to 92.0% and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The achievement rate was 132.9%. Conclusion QCC activities are beneficial to the improvement of measurement accuracy of hemorrhage in vaginal delivery and the promotion of comprehensive ability of QCC members.
