| 摘 要： | 目的]总结上颈椎不稳病人行经口咽联合后路寰枢椎松解复位内固定术的手术配合。方法]对75例上颈椎不稳病人行经口咽联合后路寰枢椎松解复位内固定术,同时加强手术配合。结果]75例病人均顺利完成手术,无一例发生严重并发症。结论]加强上颈椎不稳病人行经口咽联合后路寰枢椎松解复位内固定术的手术配合是手术成功的保证。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the operation coordination of 75 cases of patients with cervical instability undergoing via oropharyngeal joint posterior atlantoaxial release and reset fixation. Methods： A total of 75 cases of patients with cervical instability underwent via oropharyngeal joint posterior atlantoaxial lysis and reset internal fixation,at the same time to strengthen the operation coordination for them. Results：A total of 75 patients were successfully completed surgery, no one had serious complications. Conclusion： To strengthen the operation coordination of patients with cervical instability undergoing via oropharyngeal joint posterior atlantoaxial lysis and reset internal fixation is the guarantee of success of surgery. |
