摘    要:目的]探讨以老师授课为基础的学习(LBL)联合以问题为基础的学习(PBL)双轨教学法在手术室护生临床带教中的应用。方法]将110名手术室实习护生随机分为两组,每组55名,对照组采用传统LBL教学方法,观察组采用LBL联合PBL双轨教学法。比较两组护生理论成绩与操作成绩及护生对两种教学方法教学效果的评价。结果]观察组护生理论成绩与操作成绩均优于对照组;观察组护生对教学效果的评价高于对照组。结论]在手术室护生临床带教中应用LBL联合PBL双轨教学法,可提高护生综合能力、提高教学质量。

Application of double-track teaching method of LBL in combination with PBL in clinical teaching for nursing students in operating room

Abstract:Objective:To probe into the application of double-track teaching method of LBL in combination with PBL in clinical teaching for nursing students in operating room.Methods:A total of 110 nursing students in operating room were randomly divided into observation group(n=55) and control group(n=55).Students in control group adopted traditional LBL teaching method,while students in observation group adopted LBL in combination with PBL teaching methods.Then the teaching effect of the two kinds of teaching methods was evaluated.Results:Theoretical results and operating results of nursing students in observation group were higher than those of control group.Conclusion:The application of teaching method of LBL in combination with PBL in clinical teaching for nursing students in operating room can improve the comprehensive capacity and teaching quality of nursing students.
