密固达联合护理干预治疗老年骨质疏松症的疗效观察

目的]观察密固达（唑来膦酸注射液）联合护理干预对老年骨质疏松症病人骨痛及骨密度（BMD）的疗效.方法]将90例老年骨质疏松症病人随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予口服钙剂及维生素D,观察组在此基础上加用密固达联合护理干预综合治疗.比较两组治疗前后骨痛程度及BMD变化.结果]观察组治疗后骨痛症状缓解,与对照组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后骨密度增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论]密固达联合护理干预能有效提高老年骨质疏松症病人的BMD,改善骨痛症状.同时,通过护理干预能使病人积极配合治疗和护理.

Observation on curative effect of zoledronic acid combined with nursing intervention for senile osteoporosis patients

Objective： To observe the effect of zoledronic acid combined with nursing intervention on bone pain and bone mineral density（BMD）of senile patients with osteoporosis. Methods：A total of 90 senile patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into observation group and control groups,45 cases in each. The patients in control group were treated with oral calcium and vitamin D, the patients in observation group were additionally given zoledronic acid combined with nursing intervention based on the treatment mentioned in control group,then to compare the bone pain and bone mineral density （BMD） between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results：After the treatment,the bone pain of patients in observation group was relieved greatly, the difference of the total effective rate was significant between the two groups（P〈0.05） the BMD of observation group was increased significantly compared with that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. Zoledronic acid combined with nursing intervention can effectively enhance the patients＇BMD of senile osteoporosis patients and relieved their symptoms of pain. Nursing intervention can make the patients＇ actively cooperate with treatment and care.
