摘    要:目的]分析围术期预防性护理干预对预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法]选取择期进行妇科盆腔手术的68例病人(2014年1月—2014年12月),采用双盲法随机分为对照组和干预组各34例,其中对照组行普通护理方式,干预组行术前、术中、术后的围术期预防性护理干预方式。比较两组病人的下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果]对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓5例,发生率为14.7%,而干预组发生下肢深静脉血栓2例,发生率为5.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]围术期预防性护理干预能有效预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,改善病人预后及生存质量。

Observation on effect of perioperative preventive nursing intervention for prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after gynecological pelvic surgery
Abstract:Objective To probe into the effect of perioperative preventive nursing intervention for prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after gynecological pelvic surgery.Methods:A total of 86 patients with gynecological pelvic surgery were selected as research objects (January 2014 to December 2014). They were divided into intervention group and control group by using double blinded method randomly,43 cases in each.The patients in control group received ordinary care approach,the patients in intervention group re-ceived preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative perioperative preventive nursing intervention,then to com-pare the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity between both groups.Results:5 cases of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity occurred in control group,the incidence was 1 1 .6%,while 2 cases of lower limb deep vein thrombosis occurred in intervention group,the incidence was 4.7%.There was statistically sig-nificant difference between both groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The perioperative preventive nursing interven-tion can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after gynecological pelvic sur-gery,improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
