健康教育在腹膜透析中的应用

目的]探讨健康教育对提高腹膜透析病人的疗效、自我护理能力、生活质量和降低并发症发生的影响。方法]将100例腹膜透析病人采用口头教育、示范教育、因人施教、集体教育等多元化教育方法进行教育。结果]通过有效健康教育,100例腹膜透析病人和家属对腹膜透析相关知识和技能的了解和掌握程度大大提高,并建立良好遵医行为。结论]健康教育能提高腹膜透析病人自我护理和管理能力,从而有效地预防和降低并发症发生,对提高生活质量有着重要意义。

Application of health education in peritoneal dialysis

Objective：To probe into the influence of health education on patients with peritoneal dialysis,so as to improve therapeutic effect,self-care ability,quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.Methods：A total of 100 patients with peritoneal dialysis were educated with diversified education methods,including oral education,demonstration education,individualized instruction and group education.Results：By effective health education,all 100 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis and their families improved understanding and handling about the knowledge and skills of peritoneal dialysis and established good behavior of respecting the doctors.Conclusion：Health education can improve the self-care and management capacity of patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis,and effectively prevent and reduce complications,and so it has very important significance to improve the patients＇ quality of life.
