护理本科生核心能力研究现状及进展

从护理核心能力的概念和内容、培养方法和途径、评价及提高本科生核心能力的重要性及意义方面进行综述,指出我国对护士核心能力的研究较少,且存在一些问题,因此应借鉴国外的经验,重视和发展护理本科生的核心能力,全面系统地评价护理本科生能力状况及影响因素,针对性地制订培养方案并进行对比性研究,以提高我国护理本科生的核心能力。

Research status and progress on core competence of nursing undergraduates

It reviewed the conception and content of nursing core competence,training methods and paths,evaluation and enhancing the importance and significance of core competence of nursing undergraduates.It pointed out that only a few researches was on core competence of nurses and some problems existed in the research.So one should mirror experiences of abroad,pay attention to the development of core competence of nursing undergraduates,evaluate the core competence status of nursing students and its influencing factors and roundly systematically.And one should work out training plan at direction,so as to enhance core competence of nursing undergraduates in China.
