不同方法预防下肢骨折牵引病人便秘的效果观察

目的]对比两种护理措施对预防下肢骨牵引病人便秘的效果,为改进护理方法提供依据。方法]将56例持续下肢骨牵引病人随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用定时翻身、腹部环形按摩的护理措施 观察组采用持续仰卧位减压法、平静腹式深呼吸的护理措施。应用临床症状积分量表分析两组病人第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周出现便秘的情况,并进行比较。结果]对照组临床症状积分较高,且随时间延长而没有明显减少,观察组临床症状积分较低,随时间延长而逐渐减少。对照组与观察组便秘的发生率分别为46.43%和25.00%,两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论]持续仰卧位减压法、平静腹式深呼吸能有效预防下肢骨牵引病人便秘的发生,且可减轻护理工作量,预防压疮,有利于骨折愈合。

Observation on effects of two different nursing measures for constipation of patients with fracture of lower limb accepting traction

Objective：To compare effects of two different nursing measures to prevent constipation for patients with fracture of lower limb accepting traction,and to provide some bases for improving nursing methods.Methods：A total of 56 patients accepting continuing low limb traction were divided into control and test group randomly.Patients of control group were turned the body over in time and given circumduction massage on the abdomen.Patients of test group were kept continuing supine position decompression and calmly deep abdominal breathing.Clinical symptom score scale was adopted to analyze and compare constipation of all cases on the 1th,2th,3th,4th week between two groups.Results：The clinical symptom score of control group was higher than that of test group.However,scores of control group cases didn＇t decrease significantly with the time extended.However,scores of test group cases decreased gradually.The incidences of constipation were 46.43% and 25.00% respectively in two groups.There was...更多 statistical significant difference between them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Continuing supine position decompression and calmly deep abdominal breathing can prevent the occurrence of the constipation of patients with fracture of lower limb accepting traction.And it could relieve the nursing work load,prevent bedsore for patients.And it is profit for fracture healing of patients as well.
